Zen Golf Quote of the Week
Zen Golf Quote of the Week 9-1-16
It may come as a surprise but your state of mind affects your center of gravity. When you're very uptight, thinking a lot, full of chatter in your mind as you enter into a shot, it will be as if your center of gravity is up near your head. But when you feel grounded, down-to-earth, centered in your body, you are much less likely to sway and lunge.

Keep your eating to a limited range or window of time each day. Research shows that people who do so are less likely to gain weight, and more likely to lose it, when compared to people who eat at all hours. Shrinking the window of when you eat is sometimes referred to as "intermittent fasting." You are fasting from the end of one day's eating to when you start the next day.

Here's one of the latest 5-Star reviews from Amazon:
Last Diet Book You Will Ever Need
Having been on EVERY DIET ever, I weigh in as an expert on seesaw dieting. First thing that resonated with me was the suggestion to approach dieting in a positive (instead of punitive) way. This may sound simple, but for me, it was life-changing. This book does not tell you what to eat, but HOW to change your unhealthy habits bit by bit. In one month, I have lost over five pounds and lots of inches. It may be the last diet book you will ever need.
