Zen Golf Quote of the Week
Zen Golf Quote of the Week 7-16-15
When was the last time you missed your mouth with your fork when you were eating? You don’t think about mechanics while you’re using your fork, but you never seem to miss your mouth. Consciously thinking about how you perform a physical activity interferes with doing it naturally and accurately. Your best shots come from trusting your body to produce what you’ve practiced, without thoughts about swing mechanics. When you play golf, do your best to have a clear, vivid image of where you want the ball to go, and trust your body to do its best to send it there.
