Zen Golf Quote of the Week
Zen Golf Quote of the Week 10-30-14
It may come as a surprise but your state of mind affects your center of gravity. When you're very uptight, thinking a lot, full of chatter in your mind as you enter into a shot, it will be as if your center of gravity is up near your head. How steady a swing would you make with a twenty-pound helmet on your head? You would be much more likely to sway off center, lose your balance, and lunge at the ball. But when you feel grounded, down-to-earth, centered in your body, you are much less likely to sway and lunge.
