The Low Score School (dates tba)
Dr. Joe Parent
Author of Zen Golf, Zen Putting, GOLF: The Art of the Mental Game
Golf Magazine's Top 100 Teachers in America
The two most important factors in shooting low scores are your short game and your mental game. The unique "Low Score School" combines these factors in an enjoyable and productive day in which we finish up by playing a few holes with you to make sure you are learning how to turn 3 shots into 2 shots.
Mental game instruction includes exercises for focus and visualization, confidence and composure
(and cures for the yips if you have them).
Short game instruction includes techniques for putting, chipping and pitch shots
as well as play from bunkers and rough around the greens.
The "Low Score School" will help you make more birdies, save more pars and keep the big numbers off your scorecard.
Cost is $750 per person. Includes instructional materials, greens fees, cart, lunch and 19th hole refreshments.

About the Facilities
— The Ojai Valley Inn and Spa Resort sports a classic championship layout designed in the 1920's by George Thomas, the architect of Los Angeles Country Club and Riviera Country Club.
The resort is listed by Conde Nast Traveler in the top 40 golf resorts in the world. It has emerged better than ever from a $70 million renovation that has secured the rare 5-Diamond rating. Ojai is a small but strikingly beautiful valley a few miles inland from Ventura and Santa Barbara, and a little more than an hour north of Los Angeles. It was the setting for the 1930's movie classic, Lost Horizons, portraying the mythical kingdom of Shangri-la.
